Also, I have a question. Not everybody has access to a photo editing program, are other forms of entry allowed? Like a drawing, painting, computer painting. Things of that nature? I feel we are not getting as many participants as we should.

Yes, anything that's not a plain unaltered photograph and has some original element in it that you created is allowed.
