It's almost the 4th of July (Independence Day), so I'm gonna go with "National Birds" - artwork that shows your bird associated in some way with a particular country or a group of countries. It doesn't have to be the USA - you can stick him in the Olympics if you want to, or show him with a foreign food if you're not that adventurous!

Members who have unfortunately lost their birds are free to 'borrow' bird pictures from the internet. Just be sure to add something original so it becomes artwork!

The contest ends on August 25th or sometime shortly afterward if I forget.
