Anybody notice that Stephanie likes to name birds after breakfast foods? First Poptart the budgie and then Cheerio the lovebird. I suppose that Scrambled Eggs or Raisin Bran will be next.

But. But. Stephanie didn't name my Cheerio. D:

Maybe I misunderstood something then. I thought you said earlier that she suggested the name.

In any case I'm thinking that one of my future babies might get Raisin Bran as a temporary name.

I don't remember saying Blue named Cheerio. She did give Rio's nickname "Freddy" though.

Please name it Rasin Bran!! My life would be complete.

You'll have to wait until next year for Raisin Bran. Breeding season 2016 is OVAH.

Yes, you might need to remind me. Raisin Bran is actually a pretty tame name compared to Frobenius Norm, which was the name of a chick several years ago. The Frobenius norm is some kind of mathematical computation. I don't understand it but my son does.

The weirdest names this year are Steamboat Willie and a boy named Goldilocks. There were also three brothers named Larry, Curly and Moe.

I was tempted to write a story about some of the sisters but never got any further than "Once upon a time there were four little cinnamon girls named Mookie, Sookie, Pookie and Arabella". Mookie, Pookie and Arabella were cinnamon whiteface and looked almost identical, while Sookie was normal cinnamon. This is three of them, with their brother Chip in the middle:

Also...PLEASE name one of them Amazin' Rasin. Please. I'll do anything.

And yes, I do enjoy your silly names which you get a kick out of doing. (Heidi Piedi, I know you're there!)

I'll get confused if I have too many chicks named Raisin in the same year, but I could call one Amazin' Raisin instead of using Raisin Bran.
