I am a new tiel owner having gotten Tweety in December. We chose her/him when Tweety was 3 weeks old and visited him almost daily until we brought him home. He adjusted very quickly and has bonded to both my husband and myself. I have been trying to learn as much as possible about tiels from the time we first saw him and continuing. He is a pearl and is very beautiful, having wonderful pearling a a yellow tale. This week we trimmed nails and sent a DNA test off to find out his sex. Am looking forward to participating in this forum.
