If you want to add a picture, you will need to upload it to a website like Photobucket or Flickr.
Have you ever done that before? If not, there is a post on top of the page explaining how to do it.
It's quite an easy process but if you haven't done it before it can be confusing, if you like I will give you directions.

yes I have a photo bucket account but couldn't figure out how to upload it.

That's great. On photobucket copy the code called IMG, then paste it in your post here. Done.

The thread about how to use Photobucket is old so the technique might have changed. At the moment, when you're on Photobucket you look for an orange button in the top center of the screen that says upload. Click on that and it goes to a window where you can drag and drop photos or you can click on a blue button that says choose photos. I always use the blue button and then navigate to the picture. Once the picture has been uploaded to Photobucket you can follow Barbara's instructions to show it on LFB.

sorry not so good at this, usually just do as attachments by browsing through my files. thanks for the help
