Females usually aren't interested in mirrors. Males are more likely to be interested but they'll often form sort of a mate bond with it which probably isn't what you're looking for. I'd give them some more time to get acquainted with each other, and if they never accept each other you could consider providing a mirror as an alternate companion.

I'd avoid mirrors. Especially since you want them to bond. Add a mirror and you can find yourself with a bird who refuses interaction with live birds because he's bonded to his friend in the mirror.
I have one bird who's like that and it has been very difficult to make him pay attention to anything else.
