I have been lurking just as Enigma has but since things have now changed for the better I am ready to join the group. I am fairly new to owning birds - took in my daughters Cockatiel last June. Got him a friend a few months later as he was very lonely. Now they are bosom buddies and I am semi chopped liver to them. As who has time for the person who feeds them, buys them toys....but that is ok, they love each other and semi love me so is all good.

I'm so sorry you had to wait like that. It's surprising how much one person can be such a negative influence.

Most of us have a pretty big amount of patience, and that can be a curse sometimes.
