Over-the-counter saline eye drops (the kind made for humans) might help if there's still a problem when the antibiotic runs out. It's something that you could talk to the vet about. I used those with my chick that had an eye problem, and honestly they seemed to work as well if not better than the prescription eyedrops. The brand I got was Systane Balance but there were others available.
The prescription eyedrops that I had for her were "Neomycin and polymyxin B sulfates and dexamethasone opththalmic suspension", apparently called neopolydex for short.

Funny how after a day I posted that, Alex's eye problem completely went away. Now we just have to keep giving her the antibiotic until this upcoming Tuesday, and she should be good to go.
