thanks everyone! I just came from the health store, but I didn't get anything. I just don't know what to get! They all are Calcium Citrate (some of other form but none in the form that is on your website) + Magnesium Citrate + Vit D3. and dosage is something in human units. All have flavor, too. First, do I need to dilute it? Do you think one drop of that Ca wouldn't harm her???

her droppings are very watery, actually there are some feces in a large circle of water (that what it looks like on the bottom of the cage)
Do I need to feed her formula if she is not eating much? I will go get calcium I guess
I made couscous with egg yolk and broccoli - something she always liked - but she doesn't touch it!

I wonder what is causing what? The original problem is... that she has discomfort because of the egg, that cause her not to eat, and then her droppings are bad because of not eating? Can droppings be bad because of not eating? Or why are her dropping bad? I gave her some formula and a drop of Calcium

Eggs and poop pass out through the same opening, so if she's got an egg in there it might be difficult for her to poop right now. It's good that you gave her the calcium, but now you need to wait at least 24 hours before you give her more. She might be in trouble so keep a close eye on her. A little bit of electrolyte solution might be helpful - Pedialyte or a sports drink like Gatorade, or you can make your own using the simple recipe at http://www.webmd.com/hw-popup/rehydrati ... ar=hw86827 Supplemental heat might be helpful too - cover one end of the cage with a towel and shine a lamp on it so the heat goes into the cage, or put a heating pad under half the cage. Here's my article on egg binding in case you need it: http://www.littlefeatheredbuddies.com/i ... nding.html I hope everything turns out well.

thanks. I wonder if she doesn't have a bacterial infection that requires antibiotics. The vet mentioned something about blood work that is unavailable on Saturday. Would bloodwork show if she has an infection? I think I saw some tiny bubbles in her poop. The poop is runny, watery. She does poop but her droppings are kind of bad. She ate by herself a little bit in the evening. I have taken all of them out today, it was very sunny and warm, but windy. I guess I will leave her alone tomorrow. So only 1 drop of Calcium every 24 hours? I am not sure if she swallowed the drop I gave.
Nothing is getting done except for taking care of the birds. It's spring break, and we are supposed to go out of town.

My life is totally miserable. Because of the birds, I was recently neglecting my rabbits - just had no forces to take a good care of everybody. Today one of my rabbits, Snowball, my beloved bunny, died. They spend a day in the yard, going inside the garage for a night. I came out to get them in late, very late... 3 of them were sitting like normally, but Snowball was almost cold and stiff under the deck. He had blood in his mouth and one eye, I am assuming that a cat broke in and fought with him, and then he just bled to death while I was sitting in the internet having no forces for my rabbits. I almost didn't eat today. I almost have no emotions, just no forces for any emotions. I will mourn him tomorrow. Can't believe I couldn't be there for him. Usually we watch for hazards like cats, but I missed this one! Strange that other rabbits were not scared to death. This is really strange. My daughter applied to a middle school and she was supposed to get acceptance or not acceptance letter yesterday. Some of her friends got letters but she didn't. She has been really mad. When I was driving with her and Cuddles from the vet, this is when she was supposed to get it out of the box, if it had been delivered. I was driving and thinking what it will be like if she is not accepted. This is a real tragedy and drama for my 10 year old. So tomorrow she will likely get it. Maybe accepted, maybe not. And Snowball is dead. And my husband, he just doesn't give a damn. He doesn't care much about anything. Where do I get forces for everything ???

Thank you Cloudy Skies. No, it is totally my fault. Thanks God, daughter got accepted. At least one problem less. I can say that everything would be really, really hard if she weren't. She is rather emotional. Cuddles is still sitting with her eyes closed but I can say that her droppings look much better and she is standing on her feet. Maybe because she lost weight while she is not eating. She also preening herself. I wonder how long birds can go without much food and water. She eats very very little for the last three days.

Wow. I'm sorry things aren't going so smoothly. I'm so glad your daughter is accepted. That probably took out a lot of stress off her back because she was worried if she got accepted or not. She might have felt very bad like she was worthless but now that she was accepted, she knows that it was just a late letter.
I'm sorry about the passing of your bunny. I know exactly what you mean by feeling nothing. It's like you feel more dead than alive. It's someti worse than feeling sad. I hope things go well with your bird.
Carolyn, that is an awesome article you wrote!

thank you, Haimovfids.
Pedialite says "with Zink" - is it not a problem? How much and how often to give?
