Thanks.  How do I figure out how the injury happened? Do you think it's more likely a night fright, or an attack. I would rather it a night fright since I can solve it by putting in a night light.

Yes, I do have a double wired aviary. But remember, the wire is chicken wire. Wait one second! Tommy probably got his head stuck in the wire and couldn't get it out. That explains the cut on his neck, also the messed up feathers. Everything is clear now!
