I will try that. Right now she doesn't trust me a whole lot but we're working on that. The pic of your baby looks a lot like Peach did at first.

You mentioned before that she loves your husband. Maybe she would let him gently touch her wing when she's hanging out with him.

I really hope she gets better. I was thinking about you in my subconscious the whole day. I saw Shodu yesterday and his left wing seemed drooped so I came close and examined him. He got scared of me looking and flew and his wing was normal.

I remember seeing a picture of Peach with her harness. If she can let you put it on, I don't think it would be too much of a problem. But obviously, she is your bird so you probably know more about her trusting progress than me. :)

Yesterday she came out of her cage for the first time on my finger and hopped onto my shoulder. I got a close look at her wing. It droops a bit but she pulls it back up herself. She let me scritch her head so pretty soon I bet I'll be able to touch her wing. Although she never liked being touched beyond her neck. (My husband touches her tail to tease her and she seems to play back with him. Prior to the accident.)

Husbands and boyfriends love to tease our birds! Paul does that too and some of them are up for the challenge, others are just annoyed lol
I think of you and Peach a lot and I hope things are going to improve a bit every day!

It's an excellent sign that she can pull the wing back into the right position herself. When Snowy's wing was sticking out so bad in the beginning she couldn't pull it into the place (although she was just a little baby and that might have been part of the reason).

After a few days of me tucking it into the right position for a few seconds she was holding it much straighter but it still drooped. I found out that if I just touched the bottom edge of the wing she would pull it up into position to get away from my finger. So I stopped manhandling the wing so much and just touched the edge so she would use her own muscles to put it in place. After a while the wing didn't droop anymore. Maybe you can do this with Peach.

I'll start doing that right away. She wouldn't care about a touch much at all. Thanks.
