Why is it all eventful things have a period of not showing, and suddenly then all at once?

It's dark here, the cat wants in, the budgies won't go back in their cage, the tiels will not stop fighting and Poppy got his foot bitten and was bleeding, but it was just a small amount, he's okay. Seriously, they can drive me bananas some days.

That's what birds are for lol.
