I can't tell what's going since the lighting is dim. Does it seem like his eyes are red or swollen?

Oh, and also, his wings are a little bit open, as if he were to be hot or something

Do you think it could possibly be that he's just tired? But I don't think so because he doesn't do much. But im very concerned about him, being like that.

Is he in a hot place? He might be overheated. Put him in a cooler location if you can. I don't know what the humidity is like where you are, but if the air is dry like it is in Tucson it might help to gently spray him with water. He is used to living indoors with air conditioning, not to being outdoors in the heat, so if the weather is hot it might be too much for him.

It's very humid over here. And it says that there is a heat index of 80 and 100
I have to say, this place is very hot. Do you think i should sneak them in? Where it's fresher?

It would be best to bring them indoors. Coco isn't used to humidity either since he grew up in Tucson where it's very dry. It would be good to talk to your parents about keeping them indoors at least until the weather cools down. If you have to put them outdoors when the weather isn't extreme they will be able to adapt to hotter or colder temperatures as the seasons gradually change. But to suddenly put them outside in conditions that are dramatically different than what they're used to is stressful and hazardous to their health.
