The mouses are back and found the Cockatiels cage and looks like a baby was climbing the cage and fell into the water bowl and drowned and I only noticed now.What will happen if the birds were drinking that water? It was a teeny tiny baby mouse.How can mice breed fast wouldn't they be inbreeding?

Hopefully the mouse didn't put any bad germs into the water. Wash the cup thoroughly with some kind of disinfectant (like bleach) to make sure the germs are gone.

Mice breed VERY fast, and there are so many of them that they probably don't have much problem finding unrelated mice to mate with.

Now im thinking if they will probably eat baby chicks.Gonna have to get those traps back out.

Another mouse was in the cage again today and it got away.These are all newborn baby mice we are seeing now and they are not scared of humans.Its possible we killed all the adults.
