Views please on where its necessary to worm our birds or not?
If so what do members use for this and how often?

From what I can understand, it's necessary for outside birds. Inside birds, not so much.

Rocko pooped stringy poop the hanged from his vent yesterday and last year the same thing happened and I talked to a vet and she said to worm him but I never did and it stopped or maybe its back now?

Indoor birds are highly unlikely to have problems with worms but the probability is a lot higher with outdoor birds. It's best to get an official vet diagnosis (which generally means checking the poop for worms) before treating.

seems to be only aviary birds outside should be wormed...

I use a Beaphar twice a year.
