Try talking to a local avian veterinarian. They might have it in stock, or know where you can get it quickly. It might be hard to reach someone right now because it's a holiday weekend and a lot of places are closed. But if you have an animal emergency clinic that's open 24/7/365, there will be people in the office that you can ask about it.

I didn't see this product on their website so it is possible that it has been discontinued. You can try to contact the company to ask them about it. I can't locate any other brands. They have a patent on it, so probably no one else is allowed to produce it.
