I just found a bag of mixed greens at Walmart. It has spinach, kale and red chard in it. They really like it, and now they have more variety in their leafy greens instead of just spinach and greenleaf lettuce. Happy birdies eating tonight.

My birds LOVE red chard. It's their favorite vegetable.

Chopped. My budgies are eager to eat produce in any form. The cockatiels need it diced. Have you tried any edible flowers? I never have, but maybe something different might work.

My flock likes hibiscus. It comes from a bush in the back yard.
