I bought zorro so new seed. They sent 1lb of what i ordered n second pound ofsome other seed. Because they over charged me in shipping plus new toy. But i ordered 2lbs of the seed i ordered not 1. I was like oh well n mixed the 2. But i ask how much should 1 bird have per day or for how long? Or just put it in n refull it every other day?

Basically a bird needs to have enough food to meet his calorie needs every day. Seed is dry so it doesn't go bad, so it's OK if you want to provide enough to last for two days and refill it every other day. Just make sure that he doesn't run out of food early, and that he's eating lots of other food too like pellets and vegetables.

He will only eat pellets on his stand in front of the window. So should i provide seed in his cage? He has his fruit n veggies in his cage n on gym too. Hes only there 3hrs.

It's best for him to have food in the cage even if he's only there for three hours. You could provide some pellets there too so he'll have the option of eating them if he wants to. You never know, he might decide to go for it someday.

Birds are quirky, and my guys prefer to eat certain foods in certain places. I don't know why but I go with the flow.

On a day to day basis, I just blow the empty seed hulls out of the cup, using a drinking straw so the cup isn't right in my face and I don't get seed hulls in my eye. If there's enough seed to last another day I put the cup back in the cage. Otherwise I add a little more seed or start all over with new seed depending on how much is left in the cup.
If you've got a bag of seed that's getting old and you're not sure if it's still good, try sprouting some of it. If less than half of it sprouts it should be replaced.
