i think your guys cockatiels and budgies would like this. zorro is pretty picky and he likes this stuff. so i thought id share it. i buy one of each flavor in the small packs. then give him a spoonful every few days.

My guys don't like cooked food in general so I don't think they'd go for it. I got a free sample packet of the Inca Bean one once, and I gave it to the raffle table at the bird club instead of using it myself, because I was so sure my guys wouldn't be interested. But it's great that Zorro likes it!

this only one he seems to like i got 2 volkman cooked foods and a bean mix and he will nibble them but not eat nearly as much as he does on this.
