tsuka is driving me nuts. i cant even talk to dally, he runs up and attacks her and chases her away. in the cage or out. he also attacks me for talking to him or her. hes driving me insane and it is unfair to dally :(

i can give him all the attention he wants, but once i turn to dally he attacks her and wont let her have her turn anymore.

He's jealous and wants ALL the attention for himself. You might have to put him in the cage or somewhere else when you want to play with Dally. With jealous birds it sometimes helps to play with the jealous one first and then turn to the non-jealous bird, but that obviously isn't working in this case.

someone on another forum pointed out that tsuka thinks im his girlfriend lol

i have been giving him time outs so to say when he does this. so far, not much improvement. some days hes nicer, some hes not. i turn my back to the tiels and go talk to the lovebirds when he does this. he chirps and chirps and chirps. so maybe in time?

I don't know... if he thinks you're his girlfriend, it might be hard to make him lose interest. I can't really blame him for finding a new girlfriend (you) since Dally blew him off.

he can be sweet, still some days hes so nice and snuggly and loves me talking to him. then the next hes lunging at the cage bars and attacking me. bipolar bird lol

its hard because dally is also bonded to me in that way too. now i see where the breeding attempt went wrong. nothing is right with these two birds lol oh well, works for me (kinda). i get two birds who love me over the other lol but it does cause issues. who would have thought a parent raised bird would be this tame. proves all those books and websites ive read wrong lol

Cockatiels are considered to be pretty tameable even if they were parent-raised. Hand-raised is easier of course.
