back on topic... Today just when I got home, i so sunshine shaking his one wing for a couple of seconds and Kaylee lost interest in the stick?

Maybe I bothered her with it so last night I heard their toys banging into each other and checked their perches and only saw Sunshine and Kaylee was up their doing her "split" where one leg is on one toy and other foot on the other toy she was sleepy but I didn't want her to sprain her feet sleeping like that so I got the stick she loves but only nibbled on it and went back to sleep so I rubbed her stomach with the stick a little then put it in front of her face finally she got on and back on the perch.

Kaylee might have been more interested in the stick if she was wide awake. Birds have moods just like people do, and a sleepy bird isn't going to be very interested in playing.

Ohh no wonder she got interested in it again phew. Thanks, but 2 days in the row at night she goes to her toys then climb all the way up where she usually gets stuck I didn't want her to sleep like that so I had to get her down.

Birds instinctively feel safest sleeping in a high place, like they're sleeping in a tree. If you put a perch high up in the cage, she can sleep there without getting stuck.

A rope perch is nice if you can find one that fits reasonably well. It's nice and soft on their little birdie feet while those feet are locked in position for the night, and the rope is flexible so it doesn't have to be exactly the same width as the cage. You don't want it to be too long though because it will sag in the middle.

Okay sounds good I'll get it if I remember to. On Friday he said he'll take e to Pet Smart but didn't have time then yesterday same thing but today is SUNDAY and the next day is school day!

PS Yesterday while cleaning, I found this feather and not sure where the "stain" came from maybe from the wet food coloring from their food.

It's actually my brother's budgie but I'm just too lazy to type.Whoops.

Now I found out 2 triggers for Kaylee fighting Sunshine : Get Out Of The Way!! or when I'm taming Sunshine and Kaylee gets jealous. :raspberry:

But sometimes just plain aggression or unknown reason, they groom each other and feed each other now but sometimes fights pop up like fire-crackers.And Sunshine has his mouth wide open making these little noises while Kaylee um I forgot because I'm worried about my boy.
