Emma is doing pretty well. She's still using the basket to get up off the floor.
I've been taking advantage of her being slower to go into the cage to work with on her own. After the other three go in, I close the door for a few minutes. Then, she's been very willing to come to me for treats. It seems she is shy when they are out. When they are all out, they all try to muscle in to get pieces of the treats. I think she finds this intimidating.

This is great - you've found a way to work with her and have her enjoy it! Some birds don't like competing with other birds but also don't want to be too far away from the other birds. This is a good way to get some productive time with her.
