I was sitting in my chair working on my laptop. The birds were playing on top of their cage.
All of a sudden, Emma flew towards me. She ended on the floor. She walked over to the wicker basket by my chair, climbed up it, and then perched on my arm when I offered it. Then, she climbed to my shoulder, then jumped onto the back of my chair.
Piper came over to chide her about leaving the cage.
Emma flew to the top of my laptop screen and sat there. I held out my arm, and she jumped on, then back to the laptop. We did this about three times. I praised her lots.
When I had to get up, she was still on top of my laptop. I offered my arm. She jumped on and then jumped back to the cage as I walked toward it.
I guess she was in an unusually good mood today.
Meanwhile, Silver is learning to whistle the Adams Family themesong.
