I'm going to try to see is Maya will be a good name for the Pearl.
Maya is doing excellent with taming. It was only 2 days ago she was running away from me and trying to scare me with her "bites". I have been feeding her millet for the past few days and I have started making more progress as the days went on. Maya will now step up pretty quickly on my finger when there is millet behind it. She was scared to come on my hand this morning but now she is confidently coming on it. I will now progress by moving the millet further from my finger. Instead of her thinking that she has to come on my finger to reach the millet, I will slowly make her know that coming on my finger will give her millet. Soon I will put the millet behind my back and she will step up and I'll give it to her. This is how I trained Griffin how to come on my hand. Now he is confidently flying to my hand when he sees millet on me.

by the way: if anyone wants, I can make a clear step-by-step way to tame a bird to come to or fly to your finger.

Maya can now fly to me. She also steps up without millet in sight. I can give her a kiss while she is on my finger and when i want to put her back on the perch, she would rather stay on my finger. I got her 3-4 days ago. I also added them both in the aviary. They are both clearly healthy and energetic. They love it in their new home.

You need to take some pictures so I can make you the signature I've been waiting to make.

I would but Levi and Rio are in the middle of getting their yellow face mask. Tommy has a scab between his nostrils and I'm not sure if the Pearl is a female incomplete Pearl, or a young Pearl losing his pearls. I don't want to keep changing my signature so I'm just going to wait until everyone is ready for picture day. Besides, I love the one you already made for me. It has my favorite birds that i lost. I think I'm going to keep it a little longer til the birds are ready for pictures. Thank you for the offer. It's really nice of you!

Isn't it wonderful having another tame bird to play with!
