Speaking of Facebook, there's an adorable video of baby cockatiels wearing bibs while they're being handfed that was just posted at https://www.facebook.com/groups/acstiel ... 323766688/ You have to be logged in to Facebook to see it - I can't figure out any other way to view it.

Speaking of bibs, here's my buddy Chris wearing his bib for Thanksgiving.

Thank you guys. Dianne, you are right. I was depressed that day. I always lose good judgement but I think that just me. I often doubt myself.

Carolyn. I think I did make damage here but it's personal. You guys probably think I'm some sort of psychotic, sensitive, and moody person that doesn't stop blabbing about his problems. I sort of feel embarresed to make posts in ANY forum. I might try Facebook but then again, why would I want to mess that up? It seems unfair to ruin their community because of me. I would rather not try it.

A lot of people think I am mental because I have autism. And I have anxiety on top of that. I can go from totally calm to sensory overload in minutes, with the lightest triggers that may not even seem bad to different people.
My hand contorts, and I slightly rock back and forth. I generally don't talk when that happens, although I'm never overly chatty unless I like the person I'm talking to. Even then I don't "show" the emotion I'm feeling. It's like my facial expression never changes.

Everybody has baggage and nobody is perfect. If it comforts you any I wasn't effected by what just happened.

Don't worry Baruch, you're not ruining anyone's community. You get a little overexcited sometimes, but on the whole you make a very positive contribution. When you do get overexcited, there may be some groups where people will understand and make allowances, and there may be other groups where they respond by getting overexcited themselves. So you need to choose your venue. Personally I would rather have you talking about it here where people will try to help you calm down, rather than getting into a dire situation in the real world because you didn't have anyone to talk to.

A lesson from the TC situation is that you shouldn't make major decisions when you're upset because it might be a mistake that you'll regret later. At least wait for a while until you're calm and in a happier mood, and see whether it still seems like a good idea then.

I second that. She basically said what I was trying to say, but she left out a lot of personal details. Eh, I don't mind saying my overly long personal stories.

Either way, my mind connected it to that saying, "never grocery shop on an empty stomach." It's pretty much the same thing.

No. I don't think that at all.
I kind of like hearing about other people's problems, because then I know I am not alone.
I read that when people spend a lot of time on facebook it reduces their mood level because they read how everyone else is doing these marvelous things, and they feel they are not.

Yes, I don't like Facebook. All my Facebook friends post pictures of themselves with their boyfriend/girlfriend, going to exotic places, getting cars etc.

It leaves me unsatisfied so I don't browse the news feed. But I go on my pionus group. That's it.
