I remember you saying how Peach lost trust and that you were trying to get it back. How are you guys doing? Is Peach more trusting now?

Thank you for asking B. It is improving very slowly. She still won't let me scritch her head which I really miss. But as I type....I have her on my shoulder and she likes me making kiss noises very close to her beak. I can get her to step up inside her cage once in a while again too.

I'm glad your slowly starting to see results. When you say kiss noises next to your ear, do you mean this noise?
phpBB [video]

It's only 3 seconds long and your going to have to listen closely. Thats Marshmallow, she always makes that noise.

Jaiden can make the kiss sound too. It's one of the only appropriate sounds he makes.

The other offensive sounds he does much more frequently are:

laughter
eeky squeeky
and the budgies' masterbating sound

Luckily he doesn't do the last one too often.

Henry likes to imitate the hen mating cry. It's very annoying. I'll hear that sound and race over to see who is doing what to whom, and nobody is doing anything to anybody.

I can clearly see chicken wire in the Haimovfids' video.
Is it safe to use or not ? please tell me. We are having trouble finding hardware cloth of the needed dimensions while we try to minimize the cost. Chicken wire would be a different story. Several people said chicken wire is not safe, or is it?

It isn't, but B tore down that aviary and built a new one with proper mesh instead of the chicken wire.

One of B's birds got injured in the old aviary and we suspect that he got his head caught in the chicken wire. Hardware cloth is a lot safer. Buying it online can be significantly cheaper than buying it from a hardware store.
