I have a little problem with Rocko and Loki sometimes they get excited and fly around chirping and then you cant even bring them to different rooms without them flying off for example their cage is in the hall they fly into the kitchen on Tiko's cage I then tell them to step up and when they do they fly off again, Loki back into the hall and Rocko all the way upstairs to my bedroom twice so that means I had to go all the way up to get him. This was all just trying to get them to bed but everytime they stepped up they were just flying off again.Any ideas on how to stop this?

Not really, other than clipping them which I know you don't want to do. Even clipping them wouldn't actually stop it, it would just prevent them from going as far. You could try to make it more interesting for them to stay with you than to fly off, for example by holding treats in your hand for them to eat while you carry them around. But they might be more interested in flying than in eating.

Yeah they would be more interested in flying. They act as if im asking them to go to a certain place.Like if I have Rocko in my hand and I walk to the hall door he just flys back behind me to Tiko's cage.

Is it possible to make Tiko's cage less accessible to them? Like closing a door before you try to take them somewhere, or temporarily covering up the area where they like to land.

They will still fly on Tiko's cage if its covered. There only is two doors the one they come from and the one to go out.

In that case you'll just have to keep picking them up and taking them in the direction you want them to go. They might eventually figure out that it's easier to just go with you instead of flying to Tiko, because you'll keep coming for them until they cooperate.

Its not just that though they sometimes fly all the way upstairs to my room and then I have to go all the way up and get them.

That's the price you pay for having fully flighted birds lol. They can fly wherever they want to whether you like it or not.

Its not that they are usually very well behaved and I found out why they were doing it and its because of Loki because when she flys or if she just chirps Rocko wants to fly so goes off my hand.I had Rocko in my bedroom today and he came up no problem because Loki wasn't there.
