There's always Google Translator, but translation programs usually do a lousy job and birds are a fairly specialized subject. In the end he'll do what you pay him to do whether he thinks it's a good idea or not lol.
It's an exciting time, isn't it? Be sure to watch the construction process to learn as much as you can about it, and help with it if he'll let you. If you keep the leftover pieces of wood, wire and whatnot, you can use them to practice your building skills using your family's tools. You can make bird toys out of some of it, and maybe even something that's not bird-related.

Direct the rain water, with guttering's and a down pipe.... to a soak away, that's what is used in the UK and we get plenty of rain. Use plastic ones its not very expensive... this way when it rains you'll be in control.

Things are not going well. He said on Thursday that we should call him on Monday so we can go to Home Depot together and buy the materials needed. On Monday, we tried calling him and he didn't answer. We probable called him 6 times on Monday and he didn't answer. We tried calling him twice today but he still didn't answer. I don't think he is trying to ignore us, maybe he is just busy. I am just confused because he told us to call him. I am just getting worried that we won't be able to do it. My school is starting in less than 2 weeks. I bet you guys that we won't be able to do it at the end.

It's possible that he's having some kind of emergency and can't answer the phone right now. Just keep trying and hopefully he'll respond soon. Even if the job doesn't get done before school starts, you can find some way to do it after school starts, even if it means that you can't watch him do it or you have to wait until there's some kind of school break.

Thank you SOO much for posting this!! I was getting nervous because I thought that I wouldn't be able to do it and my birds will die.

Update:
It turns out that his phone didn't work because he didn't pay the bill. We called someone else. He came over and we talked about the same plans like we were going to do with the previous person. We are going to get the cage wire from Home Depot so it's not going to be stainless steel. I didn't tell him about the divided cage idea. In fact, I didn't tell him anything. My mom did all the talking. I was having social anxiety.

Hardware cloth should be fine as long as you scrub it with a wire brush and vinegar before you put it on the aviary. Looking at the Home Depot website they do have a 25-foot roll of 1/2 inch hardware cloth that's available in 4-foot and 3-foot widths, and might be available in your local store: http://www.homedepot.com/s/hardware%2520cloth?NCNI-5 One 25-foot roll probably won't be enough though, and the price per foot will be a lot less if you order a 50-foot roll from Amazon. http://smile.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_nos ... rdwa%2Caps

We got the supplies. Construction starts tomorrow. I'll call my gardener to ask if we can get some branches that he cuts (non toxic of course)
