I'm looking into a cage for my cockatiels and I want to know which one is better.

The ebay link didn't work so I can't compare them. But the Prevue cage on Amazon is a great one and you can't go wrong with it.

I have the larger version of that cage, and it has several little doors that close with springs that make me nervous about possible head entrapment if a bird tries to push its way out. It's an easy problem to solve though, I bought a packet of swivel clips (aka dog leash clips) on Ebay and locked the doors with them. It's easy to take the clips off when I want to open the doors, and the rest of the time it's not possible for a bird to open the door enough to put its head through.

You can also use clothes pegs on the doors to make it really safe..

I was able to find the cage on ebay. Maybe this link will work better for everyone: http://www.ebay.com/itm/281240602622

The ebay listing says it's 30x18x55. The Prevue Hendryx cage is 31x20.5x53 inches. So they have about the same amount of interior space. Personally I would prefer the Prevue Hendryx cage, I know it's decent quality. The Ebay cage looks flimsy, similar to one of my spare cages that couldn't even be put together properly and I ended up securing some of the corners with clips and wire. Plus I like the dimensions of the Prevue cage better, there's a little more width and depth which is more important than the height.

The Prevue cage is a little more expensive but it's worth it IMO. Any large cage is a pain to assemble but I think the Prevue cage will be easier to put together. It has more panels that are smaller in size and fit together well. The ebay cage looks like each side is one big piece, like my flimsy cage but even bigger (and therefore more awkward to work with). That cage was an awful struggle to put together.

Thank you so much! I now know what I'll be asking for :D
Thank you for letting me know the real quality of that cage.

I don't REALLY know the quality of the ebay cage since I haven't seen it in person. But the construction looks a lot like a cage that I do have which is lower quality than the Prevue cage, and I like my Prevue cage a lot better than the other one.

I'm not sure yet. I want it to be inside my house but worse comes to worse, I'll just leave it in the garage
