I'm going through... stuff... right now. So, I'm finding that my sweet birds (and not so sweet ones *lookin' at YOU Cloud! heh) are a healthy-ish hobby for me to pass time. The cages and the playgym are absolutely off the hook bonkers nuts crazy right now with stuff and swings and homemade things and various crazy things I have attached that I think they'll like and so on. I swear, one look at my setup just screams CRAZY PERSON and it's probably an accurate assessment. But I enjoy setting up new things for them and finding what gets their interest and what makes them do crazy stuff (like today, I hung a juicy piece of millet in a place that will be hard to get. My prediction is that Coyote is just going to give up on it but the budgies are going to end up hanging upside down from the hanging sea mat and swinging from one foot in order to get to the millet. Or, they'll be smarter than me and find a simple way to get at it.

I'd take a picture and post my setup but honestly, it's just embarrassing. I have like 30 thousand toys hanging outside the cages to the point you can barely see the birds inside the cage. I haven't let them out yet to adventure around in today's Bird Crazy Land so I'm about to do that now.

I like to keep their cages simple, although I do try to follow a natural looking theme in it. I am in LOVE with the budgies' cage setup.

I secretly want to slowly transform the greenroom, one thing at a time. Take off daddy's deer heads and put some manzanita branches on the wall. Take out the hanging duck and replace it with a cargo net in the corner. But he will never give up his hunting stuff.

Oh well, my little house is going to be awesome and garden/bird friendly.

You need about six more birds to really qualify as a crazy bird lady lol.

I just say it with pride. My burbs are my whole world. I love all my pets.
