Not really a new cage.I took the bottom half off the cage so now the cage is shorter, I done this so he is not above my head and so we are at eye level when interacting.His cage is also all natural all wooden toys and perches lol.This is only temporary until he is tame.Posting pic later

Having him at eye level will probably be very helpful for taming him. The old idea of "height dominance" is wrong - they used to think that a bird would think he was the boss if he was higher than you. That's not how the social structure actually works for parrots. But it'll be a lot easier for you to interact with him if you're both at the same level, and to him it'll feel more like you're part of the same flock.

Oh I never knew that.What about shoulders is it ok for untamed birds on shoulders

Shoulders are OK for small birds. It's not recommended with large parrots (Amazons, cockatoos, macaws) because they can seriously damage your face if they bite you.

Mango and Cracker also Tiko are eating Apples together lol.Tiko went to her stand to get away from all the small birdies.
