I appreciate all opinions, and all the help.
I still haven't come up with the best solution. Because I stubbornly don't want a cool mist but warm mist are almost getting non-existent (and some contain teflon).
What do you think about these two? anything bird safety concerning?

I am also a member of FB group (dedicated to health issues in birds) and they driving me crazy about nearly everything being toxic.

Found some humidifiers that seemed real good, but...

1/ Warm mist boiler that I even bought but haven't used. Vornado Element A. The company said there is no PTFE or PFOA but when I opened it, I see there is a removable silicone cap over the heating element and silicone reserviour for boiling water. I thought silicone is safe but the group said Not safe.

2. Evaporative Vornado evap40. Great but "Wicks contain an antimicrobial preservative. Protection is limited to the product. Active Substances: Cellulose (9004-34-6) and Omadine Salts (13463-41-7). Wash hands and avoid touching eyes after handling wick". The group said not safe

3. warm/hot mist ultrasonic PureGuardian has SilverClean technology embedded in tank. The group gave me a very complicatedly looking link and said not safe

4. Any Crane would also have silver in the base, the company said

5. NO germ Honeywell cool mist evaporative uses UV light to disinfect (woohoo!!! safe!) but reviews say it grew mold all inside...

All these options were the best out of all that I researched...
What to do???

Oh, the group also says that water bowls are not safe... you need to use a bottle. Butler bottle, or inevitably your bird will be sick from drinking out of a bowl even if you pay a lot of attention to keep water clean...

None of those options sound dangerous to me. I think your group is excessively cautious.

Plastic water bowls can develop a bacterial coating if they're not kept clean enough, because the plastic is slightly porous. Metal bowls are safer. But I haven't had any problems with either type. I have two sets of bowls for each cage. Every day (or sometimes every other day) I put one set of bowls in the dishwasher and put clean bowls in the cage. The hot water in the dishwasher helps sterilize the bowls, and then they stay dry for at least a day so it's hard for any bacteria or other organisms to survive.

It's my understanding that water bottles are harder to keep clean than bowls, because it's difficult to wash the inside. They can also get clogged if the bird puts a piece of food in the spout.

Silicone cookware is considered to be bird-safe, although it's probably possible to find people saying that it isn't. According to https://chemical-materials.elsevier.com ... ware-safe/

"Flexible silicone bakeware is made from silicone rubber. Silicone is generally stable to 300°C (572°F). Home ovens would not be used at a temperature this high."

The article goes on to talk about the dangers to birds from Teflon, so they're certainly aware of the special issues with birds.

What about a slow Cooker filled with hot water with the cover off or ajar?

There are some slow cookers that are coated with Teflon, but the cooking temperatures are low enough that it shouldn't be a problem. You can google for brands without Teflon.
