It's been a long bumpy ride!

Here is a summary of this whole breeding thread.

Bio and Marshmallow mated. I let them breed and Marshmallow laid 4 fertile eggs that hatched. The parents didn't feed #4 well so I decided to step in ending up killing him.

As the 3 babies keep growing Marshmallow has a desire to have another clutch so they stop feeding them a and started plucking. I co-parent them until they were old enough to leave the nest. After the fledged, I took out the nest and Bio started to be a good daddy.

Marshmallow only became worse so I removed her from the whole picture. On big cleaning day (which is once a year) i opened the garage so the birds can breath some fresh air and Bio found his way in the wild.

That same day Marshmallow laid an egg, and instead of freezing it I am letting it hatch sine this is the last memory of Bio in this whole world. So I paired up Georgie and Marshmallow so they can raise Bio's baby together.

The first baby's name is *drum roll*

BIO!! :D

Since I miss Bio so much, I must passed it on to him.

There is no name for the 2nd baby yet but the 3rd name is...

RIO!!!

That's all the updates I have

Updates, hmm, well, the 3 babies are learning to whistle. I ended up cracking both of the eggs because I felt like it was too much to keep checking if they are developing or not.

You want pictures? I haven't took photos of them in ages, I guess it wouldn't hurt to make another. :)

They look so grown up now! Somebody loves head scritches, and somebody has a spotty chest.

Thank you they love their head scratches. And they live preening my hair. I pretend I am a bird, and I give them a head scratch, then I bow my head down, and they preen my hair. We go on and on.

Rio has a pied tic mark. I never had a bird that had one, maybe April, but she was a pearl and it wasn't so obvious like his.

I think that spotted chest your looking at is cloudia. It's hard to tell the difference since they could either be a juvinal or an adult female. But it will only be like that for a couple more months. Can't wait for the yellow face mask!!
