I want to see some baby budgies. Will you be keeping them?

Congratulations on the baby keets! If you still have the cockatiel eggs, you can candle them to see whether they started to develop or not.

Congrats! I'm hoping to get lots of photos. I have seen baby budgies, they are very fluffy.

I did actually.....they had 4 and two were developing and two weren't. The cockatiels have been mating recently so maybe they wanted to start a new clutch. Since they are way more options for color in parakeets, I am so excited to see the color! It looks like the 2nd baby is a clearwing like mama, but I can't tell yet cause the feather shafts haven't yet come off. the oldest is 2 weeks tomorrow......I will post pics when I can

Stephanie, I planned on keeping them, but I already have someone who wants to buy one when they are weaned! Image Image These are the oldest 2 babies.

let me ask - are green and blue (parakeets - that's how Petco identifies them :) completely different mutations? I wonder coz they always keep them separately...
What color are your birds going to be? They are certainly beautiful.
