I want to say hen, but I see some purple and it makes me think cock, because the top is a dark blue it seems. I think the bird is a recessive, and therefore making the cere harder to read.

In my excelsheet I have him listed as a cock... If the cere turns brown someday I'll post another picture. If not, well...
