Oh, and a side note, do you have goats? I love goats, they're such sweet animals. At my riding stable, they have 2 dehorned goats that follow you around like dogs. They just want to be cuddled and scratched, they're not pushy or food aggressive at all.

@bluekeet: Hah, no, the goats belong to the neighbours, but we get to enjoy the view, while they have to put in all the work!

Well, to be honest, I kinda had a crazy busy day...

I had to spend some time with my sister for emotional reasons on her part I'm not going to discuss here. So I didn't have time to finish up work in the aviary. I did get the missing materials I need, so I hope I'll be able to finish up tomorrow afternoon.
(in the morning I have to drive my daughter to her test in gymnastics)

But so far so good, the stormy weather we had today came and passed without doing much harm.

where's summer?

Stormy here last night too. Dry lightning, extreme thunder, sprinkling rain while the sun was still out and setting. Very peculiar since it was a hot, 90 degrees yesterday.

Well all finished now!
