I'm just giving a fair warning not to take it too far. Besides, you don't make too much $$ from breeding cockatiels. Their price has dropped from people over breeding them. Im not breeding for money just for the experience and fun and to make them more popular as pets. Most breeders here sell babies for €100 so ill start off at €100 and they cost around €75 in some pet shops for un tamed ones.

I don't know how it is where you are, but here in the US people expect that when they buy from a breeder, the price will be a lot less than when they buy from a pet shop. Here's a website that has advertisements for birds for sale in Ireland: https://www.donedeal.ie/birds?area=Dublin You could keep an eye on it to see what the typical price is when a breeder sells cockatiels.

The hen will keep the chicks warm at night so you don't have to worry about them. The parents will stay with them constantly in the daytime too until they're about a week old, and after that the chicks can clump together to keep each other warm if they need to. You have to be careful with plug-in heaters, because a lot of them contain Teflon (aka PFOA) which is dangerous to birds, and most of them don't tell you about it. Ceramic heaters and oil-filled heaters are considered to be safe for birds. I don't usually use birdtricks as a reference because a lot of their advice is iffy, but their article on bird-safe heaters is decent: http://www.birdtricks.com/blog/bird-safe-heaters/
