Apparently there's one reported instance of a mitred conure x blue fronted amazon hybrid, and I have to wonder whether it's really true or not because those birds aren't very closely related. Monica talks about it on AA at

http://www.olmensezoo.be/cms/index.php? ... 33&lang=nlI don't know if there are any others.
As far as I know there's just one known cross-breeding of a galah and a cockatiel. That one does seem to be true, since there are videos of the bird online and it doesn't look fake. I'm sure other people have tried to produce another one since then, but I haven't heard of anyone succeeding at it. Cockatiels and galahs are in the same general family (the cockatoos) but they're not in the same genus and aren't as closely related as a lot of the conure and macaw species are to each other.
