So before I breed I would like to spend money on the Cockatiels room now that its clear with nothing but the cage in it so I want to convert it to a Bird room and hang toys and ladders and install perches to the walls and then they would have lots of room to exercise and play and so would their future babies to build muscle in their body and be kept occupied.Any other things I could add? Oh and swings too.

There are play gyms you can hang on the ceiling.

Cheapest way is to make them. Wood and PVC are two popular materials used, because they're fairly cheap and easy.
Not to mention you can also expand on what has already been made, so yyou can always improve on it if you don't feel completely happy with it.

I've also seen nets hung on walls and ceilings for birds to climb on. Would be good for hanging toys, too.

A good sized tree stand or play stand that you can fit multiple cockatiels on might be a good idea too. These too can be made.

If you ever short on ideas, you can look up bird rooms on the Internet. Here's one of my favorites:

Well in that case, people usually wrap stuff around PVC to make it easier to grip. Though I've heard some people use yarn, vet tape appears to be the most commonly used.

Additionally, there is a "creative center" on the main website for both toys and play gyms. The play gym section doesn't have a lot, but it could give you ideas.

My mam is getting sick of the Cockatiels being downstairs because they are getting poop on the floor sometimes when they should be pooping on the newspaper and they are flying on the door and chewing it which is probably bad for them.So now she wants them to bed at a certain time and wants the newspaper taken up at night.Whats a good bed time for them they usually are up late till around 10 pm sometimes later if we have visitors like Cracker and Cracker doesn't usually go home till after 12 am.Depends what time my Aunts husband gets her to pick them up.Also I'm planning to move the Cockatiels into Tiko's cage after she gets a new cage and that wouldn't fit in my bedroom if they got evicted lol.
