Basically all animals have some dust and dander. But some have more than others, and cockatoos have a LOT. Cockatiels don't have as much but it's mostly because their bodies are smaller so the volume is less. Greys don't have as much as the 'toos do, but they've got more than the birds that don't have powder down. Mango would have less than your other birds, and macaws themselves would have some too.
