Whoops. Got carried away with sun conures. Congrats on another egg! Your birds are breeding machines!

I'm just waiting for him to either the male, or female mating position.

Let's just hope that it's not with your hand. :roffle:

Two more eggs this morning, from Teela and Mims. The one from Mims will be infertile of course unless she mated with someone when I wasn't looking. This isn't likely. She's hot to trot but none of the males are interested in "trotting" with her.

Ya know? I don't think I would mind that. :roffle: I think I would take it as a compliment.

Vlad doesn't know how to mate, which is why Mims and Teela lay infertile eggs. But they're very good foster parents, so I always steal some fertile eggs from other birds for them to take care of. Ladybug is a horrible baby-plucker, so when the babies with her start growing feathers I have to take them from her and give them to someone less abusive. The Vlad trio is perfect for this job. Vlad and Mims don't pluck at all. Snowy plucks a little bit, but she's not nearly as bad as Ladybug and Shodu.
