Do you know what the problem is? Are you checking to see if the chicks have food in the crop? Or is it possible that they're getting chilled? Those are the two most likely problems. If you know what's going wrong you may be able to fix it. If the parents aren't feeding the babies, you can feed them yourself and put them back in the nest. The parents might get the idea in a few days. If they're getting chilled you can look for a way to keep the nest warmer, like maybe putting a heating pad on it.

They're not feeding them. And I don't have the time to follow the set scheduele for handfeeding. I have shifts of 12 hours at work (+1h30 getting there and back). Barely time to feed them all in the morning, I do it in the dark. And have to be carefull about it as it is. They startle really easy in the dark and I don't want to frighten them into flying off and hurting themselves.

Then all you can do is hope that they learn their lesson. Is the newest chick doing all right?

To give you guys an update I'm putting up pictures of my weened cockatiels that are up for sale.

I sold a whiteface hen already (one that the owner let escape after opening the door for her kid to go in the aviary) but have no pictures of her. I also have another whiteface that I'm keeping (but no picutures yet).

Here's the rest of 'em:
Number 1:

As the pearls still show after molting once I believe this is a hen.

Number 2:

This one could be a male, what do you think?

Number 3:

Should be my 2nd hen.

Number 4:

Again, since the pearls show I'm guessing she's a hen...

Number 5:

Again, pearls, so guessing hen.

Number 6:

Looking at the tail, I'd say Hen again.

Number 7:

Now, judging by the black in his tail I'm going to say this one is a male.

Number 8:

Not sure about this one, but pearls so hen for now...

Number 9:

Cinnamon pearl, but pearls you can see so hen.

What do you guys think? Did I sex them ok? Or am I dead wrong about some or all of them?!

Help me out here!

Number 6 Normal grey, split to?
Number 7 Normal grey, split to?
Number 8 Pearl Cinnamon
Number 9 Pearl Cinnamon

Nice chicks! If you'll remind me of what color the parents are, I might be able to tell you more about the genders.

I would tell you who the parents are. But my computer crashed and I lost all data... (I keep notes but throw them out after putting everything into a program called ZooEasy - I might try the online version if it's free, or included in the price I paid for the offline version)
And I'm swithcing back to notebooks next year.

Pumba and Babbel are a couple.
Pumba is Whiteface (possibly split to pearl)
Babbel is Pearl split to whiteface.

Waldorf and Marina also are a couple.
Waldorf looks like a normal grey, no idea if he's split.
Marina is a whiteface.

Statler has a thing for Mrs Tiggy. But they are the ones that did a very bad job at parenting, so no chicks alive from these 2 (He's a normal grey and she's a pearl whiteface)

Timon had a threeway with Iago (who died earlier this year) and with The Swedish Chef (who I bought as a cock...)
Timon is whiteface cinnamon Pied.
Iago was a Pearl (split to whiteface?)
The Swedish Chef is a pearl.

Rest of them didn't couple up.
