It looks like Tsuka is finally having a big success getting his wing feathers in!

Dally is so adorable. I never had a pearl cockatiel until I got Ladybug earlier this year, and it still amazes me to look at the pearl patterns on the feathers. The molted feathers are the most surprising, since it's so easy to see how much variation there is on each individual feather.

yeah its a very unique pattern :) i love the pearl mutation! tsuka is pearl too and i love the ghost pearls, theyre very pretty. like silver on grey. and the mottling on the black tail feathers is really pretty too

yeah hes able to fly normally now too. and gain height and speed. its perfect. we had to let him grow his flights out. i know he attacks me when i have the camera (he did it again the other day, flew at my face and attacked) but he gained too much weight clipped. id rather be attacked viciously than have him unhealthy.

I didn't realize that he was still a camera-hater. You take so many pictures that I guess I assumed he got used to it.

I changed the language in your post a little bit - we gotta watch our language in case any children show up!

I have a pearl hen who is VERY friendly with the boys. When she was given to me she had three mates and five babies, and she had three more babies shortly after I got her. There was no way to figure out which male was the father of which babies.

Lovebirds tend to have that effect! I'm going to guess that Munch made the holes.
