I have had Beck for 3 years. Much longer before the cockatiels. He was my second budgie and now my only budgie.

He doesn't want to be with us too much, although he's not afraid of us, so at least that's good. I've never had a tamed budgie, so in a way, I guess he is.

I wasn't adjusted to having mixed bird signatures I've been on TalkCockatiels so long.

When you spend a lot of time on a single-species board, after a while you almost start to forget that other species exist. I'm enjoying the opportunity to talk about budgies and parrotlets for a change.
