Here is a photo of my cockatiels enjoying their playgym. It took them several weeks to warm up to it!
The toy on the left has a few sunflower seeds in each cup. They love that toy, with or without the seeds.

That gym is killer. I love how colorful it is. I think I've seen that foraging toy before and it seems like it's marketed towards larger bird species, like ones that use their feet more for eating and stuff. I may either buy one or make one like that one of these days (I'm kind of addicted to bird toys). I really like the wicker bowl/paper plate holder thing. That's a great idea! You could weave stuff through it to entice chewing and whatnot... I like repurposing cheap stuff like that into bird toys since bird toys cost so much dang money.
It's funny how Coyote never played with any of his toys until he started hanging with the budgies. He doesn't play with the toys nearly as much as they do but they have definitely inspired him. He plays with his toys now when he's by himself too. Birds is weird, which makes them that much more fascinating and fun.
