Cockatiels and budgies are ground feeders in the wild which doesn't take as much skill as foraging in trees. Foraging toys are usually too complicated for their skill level, but these toys great for a lot of other parrot species. Canaries and finches aren't equipped to deal with these foraging toys AT ALL of course - they don't have the right kind of beak and feet.
