Does anyone use one of the flat corner platforms where birds can stand without needing to grip a perch?
I'm thinking of setting one up with one of the snuggle cloths to give her a extra warm spot. It's 20 degrees here in NY and the house is not as warm as usual.
Would it seem to much like a nest to her?? I've made that mistake before adding things to make her comfy. :)

It's possible that she might think of it as a nest or a mate. If that happens you'll need to remove it.

Ive the flat corner perches your talking about, my daughter brought them home from the USA...
All my birds have one or two in their cages and luv them.... a soft smuggler may seem like a good nesting place for your bird...mine are quite happy just sitting on them....

So it would be best just to keep the platform bare?

You could always set it up the way you like first and see what happens. If she starts acting nesty you need to change the arrangement.
