I'm so proud of Poppy today. Not only did he eat about 10 seeds (which is pretty good for only the second day right?) he also came out today for playtime, and get this, in 40 minutes, I trained him to step up on a stick! He's only been here 2 days and I trained him a very important trick in 40 minutes! He even let me touch his foot with my finger. I just went slow and steady and explained everything I was about to do. And it worked.
So without further ado, giving him the official introduction, here is Poptart:
And here he is on his training spot. Yes the fan. I trained Sodie on the fan. After 40 minutes of standing on my bed to get to him, but he learned it. My legs were shaking by the time I put him back, but it was totally worth it.
