Me too,I found a website that will help me find my bird. I gave some info. It should be good to find Olivia.

The lady that found a blue parakeet,gave me an attitude. This is what she said,and also,my bird wings were not clip.do you really think it could have been yours? its pretty far between Norristown and Newton Square, for a parakeet that has had the wings clipped and can’t fly.

Its surprising how far they can fly with their wings clipped.. they will go a great distance on the breeze... sounded like a miserable person....
So it wasn't your bird after... or was it?
