Happy Birthday Jaid!!

Q-tip is so beautiful!

Thank you everyone for the birthday (and belated) wishes for these two. Actually, I found Q-Tip's birthday picture, taken on their birthday, July 1st. I just forgot I had this one. In this one, Jaid gave her a fluffie for her birthday.

(She's all hyper cause there was a loose lizard up there... our house is occupied by alligator lizards).

And just cause I'm on the subject, here's her top model quality.

Jaid's feather on Q-tips head is hilarious. What is Q-tips personality like? Most of my classmates have cats and it's fun to hear about them. The thing I love about cats is that they like to come on your bed and sleep with you. It's so cute!

Q is a very strong, beautiful cat. She is a alpha cat in our neighborhood. No other cat questions her authority. She is fearless of anything and will even play with dogs. She is the softest cat you will ever touch. She is ridiculously fast and ripped with muscles. She is like a dog and will come if you call her name. She can even walk on a harness and leash, but she doesn't really need it because she'll follow you without anyway. Q-Tip is always hungry, but very picky. She will only eat one type of cat food: Iams. She will not touch wet food or people food. Q has an odd quirk, she makes you watch her eat. She won't stop pestering you until you do. She's a great cat who respects the other animals I have as well. I remember one time, my bratty hen budgie Mackenzie escaped and was on the floor, with Q in the room. When I walked in, Q was ready to pounce, but when I came in, she did the most unusual thing. She turned her back on Kenzie and subsided. She KNEW she couldn't kill this bird. We got Mackenzie back and that never happened again. She was right there. Q could've killed her. So easily. But she was trying so hard to fight her instincts to kill. Q-Tip is very intelligent. I love that cat so much.

She sounds so sweet. Thank you for sharing about her. She sounds like the perfect cat.

Today Jaid is 3 years old and Q-Tip is 6. I can't believe my baby boy is already 3. I still remember him at 3 months.
